🚀 March roundup: What’s new in Clarify

Before we dive into what shipped in March, I wanted to share some quick notes.

Hackathon + offsite

March was a fun month for Clarify. In addition to our standard work, we met as a team in Austin, Texas for our quarterly offsite.

One thing we do at each offsite is a team-wide hackathon. People team up and dream up new features to build for Clarify, or make a dent on those features that we've wanted to build for a while but haven't had time.

Then, our customers vote on them. We have different categories like most impactful, most loved, etc.. The best features are added to the roadmap and taken to the finish line. You'll start to see them soon.

It's a great way for the team to come together and make a ton of progress.

One amazing thing about working at startups is seeing the impact of your work, but oftentimes the builders aren't recognized. In changelogs moving forward, we'll give a nod to the team members who built each feature.

📋 Improved list management

Now you can create lists that automatically update based on your filtering criteria, keeping your data organized without manual maintenance. These dynamic lists work seamlessly with your integrated tools, making it easier to manage more complex customer journeys and workflows in Clarify.

🔍 Deal detection approval: Smarter deal management

Built by Igor and Howie

We launched an approval workflow for deal detection. Now, when Clarify recognizes an opportunity, you'll receive a notification to approve or reject the deal before it's automatically created.

We’ll also automatically generate a deal summary and populate fields based on the conversations you’ve had so far.

⭐ Favorites: Quick access to what matters

Built by Sam

Finding what you need in Clarify is now faster than ever with our new favorites feature. You can favorite any type of record for quick access in your left sidebar.
