How much does Clarify cost?

Clarify is an autonomous CRM. We bill based on work, action and outcomes. Today, this is represented through a credit consumption model. Credits are consumed in taking action on your behalf. As Clarify does work for you that normally would fall to reps and revenue operators, we bill an incremental amount. Every plan comes with enough credits to fit different team sizes. Teams can purchase more credits or update their plan to get more credits and additional features.

What are credits and how do they work?

Different parts of Clarify cost different credits. In your Clarify billing dashboard you can see transparently all the different features of Clarify that cost credits and how much they are consuming.

What happens if I reach my credit limit?

We'll notify you and if you have overages enabled you'll be charged for the additional credits used.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your needs change.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! You can start with our free plan that includes plenty of monthly credits to get up and running.

Can I control what features consume credits?

We are adding the capability soon for paid customer accounts to control what features consume credits.

How many users can I invite to Clarify?

As many as you’d like! We specifically built Clarify not to charge on user seats. We want all our customers to feel comfortable having their entire team working and operating in the CRM, not limiting their seats and sharing service accounts.

How much does enrichment cost?

Free. We’ve partnered with different enrichment providers and built our own custom in-product enrichment waterfall. All your data synced from email gets enriched automatically in our proprietary waterfall and is available for your use.
