Unlike legacy CRMs, you don’t pay for seats; you only pay for the work Clarify’s AI does to help your team sell more, measured in credits. Each plan includes a fixed number of credits that reset monthly. You can purchase more credits as needed on paid plans.

Credits power the work Clarify’s AI does on behalf of your team, including meeting prep and summaries, deal creation and summaries, field updates, task creation, and workflows run. All the stuff that needs to be done, that you’re guaranteed AI will do much faster and more efficiently.

Credit consumption is largely based on the number of deals and meetings you have. Basically, the more successful you are, the more (busy) work Clarify will take off your teams’ plates. See here for a full breakdown of credits by feature.

Yes! You’re in compete control. You can:

1. Enable or disable overages for your Clarify workspace
2. Toggle on/off specific features that consume credits e.g., Meeting summaries, Task creation

Nothing. It’s completely free. We’ve partnered with enrichment providers and built our own proprietary enrichment waterfall. All your people and company records synced from email gets enriched automatically and is available for your use.

Clarify charges by usage, not per seat, so you can add unlimited users without raising the price. Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits shared across the workspace. AI features draw from that pool at set rates, and a few features run free. The balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Credit costs are: meeting prep 30, meeting summary 30, meeting task creation 10 per task, deal summary 20, Field Updates 10 per suggestion, deal detection 20 per deal, AI Fields 3 to 30 per autofill, Campaign emails 1 per send, and Lead Finder imports 1 per contact. Background enrichment and meeting recording are free.

When your workspace’s credit balance reaches zero, AI features pause until your next billing cycle. Paid plans can turn on on-demand credits in Settings > Workspace > Billing to keep features running at a per-credit rate, with an optional dollar-based spend cap. Meeting recording is never credit-gated, so the notetaker keeps joining and recording your calls regardless of your balance. Free features such as background enrichment are also unaffected.

Your cost is your plan fee plus any usage beyond your monthly credit allowance, with no per-seat charges. To estimate usage, multiply expected activity by the credit rates, for example 30 credits per meeting summary or 1 per Campaign email. Free features like enrichment and meeting recording never affect your bill.
